Funds
Since 2013, we have raised eight funds with both Core+ and Value Add strategies. Currently, we have three active funds.
Slättö Value Add I
A Value Add fund launched in 2016 that generates attractive returns from project developments in residential, logistics and light industrial segments, with a focus on Sweden.
Slättö Core+
A Core+ fund launched in 2019 that targets returns from cashflow-generating real estate, with a focus on the Nordics.
Slättö Value Add II
A Value Add fund launched in 2022 with a broad mandate to invest across real estate themes, with a focus on the Nordics.
